Skin Booster Training

The Ultimate Course in Today’s Most In‑Demand Skin Treatment

Skin boosters have become one of the fastest‑growing trends in aesthetic skincare — loved for their ability to deliver deep hydration, luminous skin quality, and natural rejuvenation without altering facial structure. If you want to stay ahead in the aesthetics industry, mastering skin booster techniques is now essential.

Why Skin Boosters Are the Treatment Everyone Is Talking About.

Skin boosters are injectable hydrators designed to improve skin texture, elasticity, and radiance from within. Unlike dermal fillers, they don’t add volume — they enhance skin quality. Clients love them because results are subtle, natural, and suitable for almost all skin types.

What makes them so popular

  • Deep hydration — using advanced hyaluronic acid formulations
  • Minimal downtime — perfect for busy lifestyles
  • Natural results — no change in facial shape
  • Versatile treatment areas — face, neck, décolletage, hands
  • High client retention — repeat treatments every 6–12 months

Elevate Your Aesthetic Skills

Mesotherapy, commonly known as SKIN BOOSTERS or “bio rejuvenation” is a skin rejuvenating treatment for skin tightening, evening out the skin tone and texture by means of a transdermal injection of a multivitamin solution and natural plant extracts that are thought to improve the signs of skin aging.

There is a lot of noise lately over a new ingredient rejuran, that is derived from salmon sperm DNA, Polydeoxyribonucleotide PDRN, is a molecule derived from Salmon and Fish DNA. It is known for skin rejuvenation promising cellular proliferation and enhances wound healing, improved blood circulation and collagen synthesis & elastin strengthening the skin. It also aids in improving hydration by enhancing moisture retention and prevents trans-epidermal water loss as well as being a tyrosinase inhibitor reducing melanin synthesis whilst managing pigmentation and evening out skin tone.

Whilst PDRN is new with a lot of hype, Mesotherapy has been around for a long time, the use of mesotherapy for skin rejuvenation, however, has increased rapidly. This procedure is certainly not limited to salmon and fish DNA but incorporates the use of many different antioxidants that neutralise free radical like Hyaluronic acid, Niacinamide B3, and other active ingredient vitamins.

What are Mesotherapy’s anti-aging and skin rejuvenation uses?

Subdermal vitamin injections rejuvenate the cells, making them more active, and thereby stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. You can begin anti-aging treatments in your mid-twenties to prevent wrinkles from forming. Treatments for the face, neck, arms and hands are recommended several times each year.

Skin Booster Indications & Benefits

Skin boosters can be incorporated into targeted treatment programs for a range of common skin concerns, including hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks, acne scarring, signs of ageing and dehydrated or lacklustre skin.

By delivering targeted ingredients into the skin, skin booster treatments are designed to support hydration, renewal and overall skin quality. Students learn how to assess the skin and tailor treatment programs to improve visible tone, texture and radiance.

Skin boosters may assist with:

  • Improving the appearance of uneven skin tone and texture
  • Softening the visible appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Supporting the appearance of acne scars and stretch marks
  • Improving hydration in dehydrated, dull or mature-looking skin
  • Brightening the appearance of pigmentation and dark spots
  • Supporting collagen and elastin production
  • Enhancing skin luminosity, softness and a healthy-looking glow
  • Providing antioxidant support for environmentally stressed skin, including smokers

Treatment suitability, product selection and expected outcomes should always be determined through an individual client consultation and performed within the practitioner’s authorised scope of practice.

Objectives & Treatment Applications

This module covers mesotherapy treatment planning, delivery techniques and applications for common skin concerns, including hyperpigmentation, melasma, freckles, post-inflammatory pigmentation and signs of skin ageing.

Students learn how the meso-system gun is used to electronically control syringe depth and dosage, including correct positioning, treatment depth parameters and nappage application techniques. Training also explores the appropriate use of targeted treatment solutions—such as vitamins, antioxidant formulations, salmon DNA/Rejuran and PRP—within the practitioner’s authorised scope of practice.

A key focus is treating pigmentation by supporting a reduction in visible melanin production while encouraging surface-level skin renewal. Students learn how ingredients such as glutathione, vitamin C and kojic acid may be incorporated into a targeted mesotherapy program to help improve the appearance of dark spots, uneven tone and dullness.

Potential client outcomes include:

  • Reduced appearance of dark spots and uneven pigmentation
  • Brighter, more luminous-looking skin
  • Improved skin softness and overall texture
  • A fresher, more rejuvenated appearance
  • Antioxidant support for environmentally stressed skin

Treatment Parameters & Technique

Mesotherapy is performed using a meso-system gun, which enables electronic control of injection depth and dosage.

  • Beauty therapists: Treatment depth is limited to a maximum of 1.3 mm and must be performed using the meso gun only.
  • Nurses and medical practitioners: May treat at depths of up to 3 mm, using either the meso gun or manual injection techniques, within their professional scope of practice. Training includes the use of vitamins, salmon DNA/Rejuran and PRP.
  • Technique: Students learn the horizontal nappage technique. The typical total volume administered across both sides of the face is up to 4 mL per session, subject to the client’s assessment, treatment plan and product protocol.

"All treatments, depths, products and techniques must be performed by appropriately qualified practitioners in line with relevant scope-of-practice, product, insurance and regulatory requirements."

Anti-aging

In this case mesotherapy increases blood circulation in the skin and causes collagen generation. The procedure leaves the skin glowing, and the results begin to appear just the day after the treatment. The active solution used in this therapy contains: hyaluronic acid, inorganic salts, amino acids and vitamins.

Acne scars

It uses active ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins (A, B, C, E, and K) and minerals are injected directly into the skin of the patient. These injections are inserted into the epidermal layer of the skin. As we age our skins circulation decreases, thus reducing the oxygen and nutrient’s ability to drive out toxins from our skin. This all leads to premature aging of the skin and can give skin a tired appearance.

The aging process can be cruel to our skin. Between sun damage and progressive collagen loss, the skin loses its plumpness and resiliency. Mesotherapy for skin revitalisation infuses the epi dermal and dermal layer of the skin with a potent cocktail of vitamins and anti-oxidants to rejuvenate and revitalise.

People who have had Mesotherapy for skin rejuvenation describe their skin as firm, radiant, youthful and glowing. The treatment is usually performed over an initial series of one session per week for 4-6 weeks. Results are then maintained by touch-up sessions.

Additional treatments will be needed every month to maintain the results after your initial treatment period. Moreover, mesotherapy can really be much costly due to the number of treatments requires. Approximately around $200 and $600 will be charged for every treatment.
