HIFU Skin Tightening Training Course Strathfield

You will learn exactly how HIFU works, including the science of focused ultrasound and how targeted thermal coagulation points trigger the body’s natural collagen production over the weeks and months that follow treatment. You will understand how HIFU compares to surgery and to other technologies such as radio frequency and laser, where it outperforms them, and where a different approach may serve the client better.

Just as importantly, you will learn how to assess each client’s skin laxity, facial anatomy and expectations so you can tailor every treatment plan to the individual for safe, effective and lasting results. The emphasis throughout is on real clinical competency, not a simple demonstration of how to run the device.

Your training covers a broad and valuable range of treatment applications:

• Lifting and tightening the face, cheeks, jowls, neck and eye area
• Reducing fine lines, wrinkles, nasolabial folds and double chin
• Body treatments including stomach, thighs, arms and knees
• Understanding the different depth cartridges and their uses, including which depths target the SMAS layer, the deep dermis and superficial skin
• Consultation, contraindications, correct settings, pricing and aftercare
• Managing client expectations, documenting results and planning follow up treatments

This is a two day course. Day one covers the theory, including skin anatomy, the physics of focused ultrasound, safety protocols and consultation practice, and the training includes plenty of live hands on practical work so you build real confidence with the technology and with different treatment areas. Under Amanda’s direct supervision, you will practise mapping treatment zones, selecting cartridges and adjusting energy settings for different skin types and concerns. Because it is taught one on one, you have the space to ask as many questions as you need and to absorb far more than any group setting could allow.

HIFU offers excellent profit margins, with full face treatments in clinic commonly priced from around $1,800 to $2,500, and smaller area treatments providing accessible entry points for new clients. Training is delivered at the Merrylands clinic in Sydney or interstate, since ATSCI trains Australia wide. Students provide their own models, with sourcing available for a small fee if needed. On completion you receive a certificate recognising your training, ready to present to your insurer.
